Our Story

Founded in 2000 as an international mission organization Crossroads focuses on recruiting, training, and resourcing national partners and indigenous cross-cultural missionaries engaged with church planting, evangelism, humanitarian aid, and discipleship initiatives in limited or restricted access countries. Currently, Crossroads is working in 6 countries – India, Pakistan, South Africa, Eastern Europe, Afghanistan, and the USA.

Crossroads missional goals are achieved through a wide spectrum of ministries conducted by individuals of diverse ethnic, cultural, and national identities utilizing a variety of giftings called by one Lord, united in one purpose, forged together by one Spirit.

Organizationally Crossroads is structured to be a flexible, agile, and innovative mission organization driven by the Holy Spirit and staffed by missional entrepreneurs whose viability in successfully navigating the realities of the 21st century is due in part to a focus on training, equipping, mentoring, and resourcing key national partners and indigenous cross-cultural missionaries. Together with these partnerships Crossroads jointly drives 4 strategic global goals – Establishing Indigenous Mission Organizations in limited access or restricted countries, Deploying Indigenous Missionaries Cross-Culturally, Initiating Church Planting Movements, and Piloting Humanitarian Aid & Disaster Relief Projects.
